Refunds and cancellation

A subscription costs $19.80 per month (how subscribing works). Because you try it free first, a month that has been paid is not refunded, with these exceptions:

• Charged by mistake or twice. Write to us within 7 days of the charge and we refund it.
• Where the law requires it. If the law of your country gives you a right to a refund, that right applies.
• Not delivered. If you paid and did not receive your code, we send it again or refund the payment.

   Enter your purchase code (CBAI-…, from your code email) and the email you paid with.

   Press Cancel subscription. The page confirms the date until which CADbyAI keeps working.

You keep using CADbyAI until the end of the month you paid for, and you are not charged again. If you cannot find your code, write to [email protected].

When a payment is refunded or charged back, the partner commission on that payment is cancelled. See the partner program.
